Through coaching, we work with individuals and groups to initiate and manage desired change in the areas of communication and interaction, conflict management, leadership development and intercultural learning.
Our methodology is based on cultivating an awareness of personality, drivers and communication style and the impact that this has on how you pursue your objectives and interact with others. We then work on optimising these characteristics and style and address obstacles that could impede you from achieving your objectives. We put this into practice through interactive learning and developing strategies to ensure that the desired change is durable.
When developing leadership is one of the main coaching objectives, we work with people to cultivate leadership that is based on their values and vision and that has strong and positive impact on others and team relationships. Learning the competencies of coaching, listening to, giving feedback to and motivating others is at the centre of our work. These competencies are particularly essential in a multicultural environment when communicating with people cross-culturally.

Our methodology is based on an experiential approach, drawing from systemic coaching, intercultural communication techniques and transactional analysis.

Our coaching is based on the following criteria:

  • 1.Transparency of goals and success criteria.
  • 2. Accountability to the individual and organisation investing in the coaching.
  • 3. Confidentiality.
  • 4. Commitment to the International Coach Federation’s (ICF) Code of deontology and ethics.
