Portrait d'Helen Wyn de Pouzilhac

Heledd Wyn

is the founder of HPB, specialised in mediation, conflict management and coaching.

Born in the UK and based in Paris, Heledd works as a mediator and coach with groups and individuals to optimise communication and find solutions in situations that are often blocked or complex.

After graduating in Human Sciences from Cambridge University, studying Law and working as a trainee lawyer in London,  Heledd completed her PhD in Université Paris II. Her research was on whether it is possible to create a stronger sense of belonging and community between people with different cultures, identities and values. She was recruited by Sciences Po to teach courses on questions which touch on identity, overcoming conflict and communication.

Driven by a desire to understand conflict and the possible solutions to disentangling blocked situations, Heledd undertook a year-long training at the CMAP in Paris (Centre de Mediation et de l’Arbitrage) and passed her certificate to become a registered and certified mediator. She is also a certified coach, and draws on coaching tools and approaches in her work.

Her understanding of what difference (at the level of their personality, identity and culture) entails in people, allied to her  communication, coaching and mediation expertise enable Heledd to work with people in  a structured, creative and positive way to manage conflicts and find solutions and ways of moving forward.
