Helena is regularly asked by the members of our team to participate in our regular training weeks for the quality and usefulness of the trainings she provides. She adapts her examples to our specific business cases which really improves the quality and understanding of the trainings. Her communication skills are also greatly appreciated in our multi-cultural environment. I highly recommend her.
I had a chance to participate in several training sessions organized by Helena. I found training content very relevant and there was a good mix between theoretical materials and practical exercises. I really appreciated Helena's sense of humor as well that made it even more enjoyable.
Her training on collaboration and leadership was led with a proper balance between theory and cases. She always tries to make people she is in charge with at ease to facilitate knowledge sharing and dialogue between participants. She was able to adapt her speech to our specific needs thanks to an upstream preparation. With calm and structure, her trainings were highly appreciated by our department.
Through coaching I received from Helena, I understand more about myself and what drives and motivates me. I rediscovered and am now pursuing passions that were disregarded for many years. The result is a newfound energy, ambition and satisfaction in my job and my life. Working with Helena changed my life.
